AskCCPS is an online help desk for students, parents and the community. CCPS staff monitors the system and will respond to inquiries as they are received.
The CCPS student username used to log into the school-issued device (email@example.com) is NOT a valid email address and should not be used as an email address when submitting a help desk ticket. Please use a valid email address so staff can communicate with you to resolve the issue.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for help with Synergy, ParentVue and StudentVue.
We have an exclusive email setup for CCPS staff, email@example.com.
To ask a question, click the blue button, “Open a New Ticket.” Fill out the contact information, select a Help Topic, complete the required fields and click "Create Ticket" to submit your question. To check on the status of your question, click the green “Check Ticket Status.”
